Please, note that we expedite your order as soon as
possible, normally you have your order within 7 days, but you need to allow us up to 30 days for
delivery. If after this period, your shipment has not
yet arrived, please contact us for your options. If your
order have been cancelled by us, for any reason, you
will be promptly notified via email as well as equally
promptly refunded. We always reserve the right to cancel
any order.
If you paid for a "Signed for" mail delivery, you are
eligible to a full refund for your purchase. Also,
please, note that if you chose "regular" mail as your
shipping option, you are not entitled to any refund. In
